Parent and entity
humaniser.eu is a product of Ariada, operated by Agonist Development AB, a company registered in Sweden. Contracts, invoices, and DPA documents are signed by the Swedish entity. The operating corporate address is available on request to procurement and legal counterparties.
EU residency
All inference, all model storage, and all receipt signing run inside the EU. We do not use US-resident compute for production traffic and we do not chain a request through a non-EU vendor. The full residency posture, including sub-processor list and transfer mechanisms (we use none, because we transfer nothing), is in the Data Processing Agreement.
Team
The team is small. Three engineers and one compliance lead, working out of Stockholm and Lisbon, with external counsel for the EU AI Act memo. A full team page is in preparation; in the interim, named introductions are available to enterprise procurement counterparties on request.

Legal posture
We operate under GDPR as a data processor for customer-submitted text and a data controller for our own product analytics. Our position on GDPR Article 22 — humaniser.eu does not make solely automated decisions — is documented on the explainability page. Our EU AI Act posture is documented on the EU AI Act page. Customers who require an executed Data Processing Agreement should contact the address above; the template is on the DPA page.
