Annex III classification
humaniser.eu has reviewed the Annex III high-risk use-case list against the product's intended uses. The detector is offered as decision-aid for academic integrity, journal editorial review, and HR screening contexts. We treat the downstream HR screening context as in scope of Annex III point 4 (employment) and apply the operator obligations accordingly, including the human-review requirement documented on the explainability page.
Article 50 transparency
Outputs produced by humaniser.eu are labelled as machine-produced verdicts. The signed receipt accompanying every verdict identifies the model, the calibration card, and the timestamp. We do not produce synthetic media, so the deepfake disclosure obligations under Article 50(4) are out of scope.
Operator and provider duties
humaniser.eu is the provider of the detector and humaniser models offered on this site. Customers integrating the API into a hiring, grading, or publication-decision workflow take on operator duties under the Act and are responsible for the human-review step the receipt is designed to support.
